Hilary has over 20 years of experience in analytical and IT consultancy, working for a range of private and public sector clients. Her skills encompass a wide variety of data manipulation and analytical techniques including forecasting, modeling, statistical analysis, simulation, decision theory and advanced methods of OR.  Her IT skills include the custom design and development of software models and tools, particularly spreadsheet and database applications.

Hilary has a BSc (Hons) in Operational Research, from the University of Hertfordshire. Outside Hartley McMaster Hilary is a keen runner, swimmer and snowboarder. She also captains a team and organises events for her local tennis club. In 2007 she proudly ran the London Marathon for the charity ‘Children with Leukemia’.
